Plot Summary
The story of the legendary fight between Bruce Lee and Wong Jack Man
Director
Star #1
Star #2
If you appreciate the martial arts this movie is a must see. It is poetic, beautiful, powerful, and intelligent.

Based on a true story, this film covers the time just before Bruce Lee became a famous movie star. It deals with the tensions between his flashy style of Kung Fu versus the traditional teachings of the Kung Fu masters from the Shaolin Temple.

The story culminates in the epic fight between Lee and Wong, showing how the battle changed both men. It also tells the story of how they used their power and influence to change some of the criminal behavior happening in mid-1960's San Francisco.

The most interesting aspect of this film is that while it is a "Kung Fu movie", it also has incredible character development and the characters have interesting arcs. It gives the film a lot of depth that one typically doesn't see in a martial arts movie.

This is the kind of film that would appeal to a broad range of people, but I'm afraid many won't see it just because they will think it is nothing more than a fighting movie. It is so much more than that. If you have the chance you should give it a try, it might surprise you how much you like this film.
