I was really hoping this would be a suspenseful film with a lot of think-on-your-feet moments. And I was pleasantly surprised that it lived up to that expectation for almost the entire movie. It felt a bit like watching a NATIONAL TREASURE movie, but with a quicker timeline and more violent and immediate chances at death.
The acting isn't great, the ending leaves a lot to be desired, (if you were disappointed by the end of THE BELKO EXPERIMENT, expect to be disappointed again), and some of the tasks are just plain silly, but over all it is a fun flick that is worth seeing with your buddies.
One of the neat parts of the movie is that you have a chance to figure out some of the clues along with the characters. Another great aspect is that nobody is safe. You aren't ever really sure if the hero is going to make it out alive. Maybe they do, maybe they don't I'm not spoiling the surprise.
If you like fast-paced, suspenseful films you should give this one a shot. It's not going to be on anyone's greatest horror flicks list, but it is still good for an entertaining 2 hours.
