Clint Says: Drop everything and go see this movie now

Move over every comic book movie ever made (except AVENGERS), because BLACK PANTHER is here and it is amazing! The story is exciting from beginning to end, the pacing is perfect, the acting is outstanding, and the effects are out of this world.

Michael B. Jordan plays a perfect villain. His character and his motivation are 100% believable and legitimate. For half of the movie I was kind of on his side. It's so nice to see a film with depth to the antagonist rather than a bad guy that wants to destroy the whole world because he had a bad childhood.

Letitia Wright completely steals the show. She is so much fun to watch. I hope her role is expanded in the other Marvel films where she can have a presence. And she is just one of the huge cast of strong women that can do it on their own, than you very much. They are all a joy to watch.

This film clocks in at almost 2 1/2 hours, but I would have sworn that we were only in the theater for 90 minutes. I can't believe how fast everything flew by in this film, but surprisingly, nothing seemed rushed or glossed over.

The effects in this film take CGI to the next level. There is nothing out now or before this film that can match this level of graphic superiority. Only one time in the entire film did I feel like I was watching a CGI moment and that lasted about one second.

This is a film that is well worth the time and money to see in the biggest theater possible with the loudest sound you can get.

I know it is really early in the year, but I will be shocked if this movie doesn't make my Top 10 of 2018 list.
